Admission Requirements

• M.D., D.D.S., Ph.D., Pharm.D. or equivalent health professional "terminal" degree from accredited college/university. Applicants with international M.D. degrees are considered on an individual basis.
• Undergraduate GPA > 3.00.
• A letter detailing career goals and how the M.S. degree program in Clinical Research and Biostatistics applies to those goals.
• At least three letters of recommendation

To qualify for the Master of Science in Clinical Research and Biostatistics degree, students are required to complete a minimum of 34 semester hours. This requirement includes 23 credit hours of core course work, 6 credit hours of elective studies, and at least 5 credit hours of directed independent research. Course descriptions for the core curriculum are listed, as are course descriptions for electives and a suggested two-year class schedule.
